This place is absolutely stunning. My entire family loved it. And the views are a whole entire vibe. Granted we got stormed out. Definitely checking weather ahead of time next time. And there will be plenty of next times. And my kids were able to go out quite a ways and it not be too deep for them. We all absolutely loved it here.
Amazing little place where you can camp right on the beach. Everyone is super nice there, we were gone from our tent and the wind picked up, our tent started to blow away and they came and tied it down nice and tight. The beach is clean, the water is shallow a good way out, so perfect for littles to play in. Fire rings are provided, there are a few picnic tables and chairs. No bathrooms, but porta-potty nearby is maintained. Will definitely be going back.
Im giving it a soft three stars for tent camping. The location is great, right on a sandy beach. The owner however, greated me with a "what?" When she answered the door. She didnt want to let us stay with our dog becasue "all dogs are yappy" but we convinced her since no one else was in the tent sights. The picnic tables where all stacked on eachother except for 1 that wasnt in a great spot. They had 2 portajons that were clean and just fine. No potable water anywhere. Lots of little trash all over the beach Again, the spot was great, swiming on the beach was perfect. With a few little changes it could be a 5 star spot.
We really enjoyed camping out on the sand right on Lake Erie! Bring your own tent, kayak, fishing poles, hammock, and food! They provide a fire ring. The owner was extremely friendly and the price was very affordable! The only downfall was how awful the mosquitoes were:/ other than that it was a relaxing stay!
Very nice owners, loved our spot we had for the weekend. The beach is awesome!! Super fun!!
