Sunshine Valley RV Resort & Cabins

My wife and I got married here on Friday, and we could not be happier with how our day turned out! The staff set up our tables and chairs exactly to the layout we provided! The cabins were perfect for getting ready in large groups I had 9 people getting ready in a 2 bedroom cabin, and we had more than enough space to spread out. Joanne was so accommodating and helped us out so much with answers to every question. We will be back every year for our anniversary without a doubt! 1000/10 would recommend for any event or large gathering?

your response to the main issue was not addressed at all. I just didn't have the chance to mention everything we experienced. The moment we are trying to book our stay and called you for reservation staff didn't talked to us politely already, as discussed over the phone you will not charged any extra without our consent, but you charged us right away. And that's not all, when we are checking in, a staff asked for our credit card and a piece of id, we thought the staff was just confirming if it matches the same name on the reservation, but without our consent she took a photocopy of our credit card and id, but the staff did not even explained why is she doing it so as we are aware of the collection of our personal information. it was not disclosed to us the purpose for the collection of information. we already paid our stay, we also use our credit card for a damage deposit which was refunded after checking out, i don't see the need to take a photocopy of our personal information and credit card information without our knowledge. could it be a reason for breach of the personal information protection act.? we are so concern about the protection and collection of our personal and credit card information.

Everything was neat and clean. Just thought that laundry was very expensive. $3.50 to wash one load and 25 cents for 3 minutes in a dryer became expensive. Over $7.00 for 1 load of laundry.

Service were OK. Some areas were quiet depending on the neighbours not really early bird but still was still good. We had some good other neighbours helping each other out car starting problems, but thankfully everyone good jumping cable to help each other out the pool and everything was clean and friendly and safe thankfully no bears around stayed in a tent besides the strong wind things went well great hike to the river and near the camp ground was amazing

Great camping spot, sites are large and nice and level. pool/hot tubs are clean. Staff is very nice!
