Room was clean and comfortable. The service was friendly and helpful but was over charging according to website and wasn't giving any discounts. I was told no discounts because the other motels were full and sending people there. The location was convenient from the interstate but the drive entrance and exit is a bit confusing for a first time guest.

Rooms in the front of motel have alot or road noise. Heard speeding motorcycles till the early morning hours. Our second night we moved to the backside of motel. Much better.

Pet friendly $20, didn't expect nicest room, but heater never got above 64, desk lamp inop, no shampoo in dispenser. When I gave the list to the lady at front I would have thought she'd make note,but I got the feeling she could careless.Looked like the sweeper was having trouble getting in corners. Since I have a pet I won't complain about the smell of the room. and the breakfast bar didn't amount to much.

I’ve stayed at over 200 hotels I don’t usually leave reviews but my experience here was traumatizing and I will be seeking legal action immediately.. anyway checking in was was not easy she made me wait in the lobby with my babies for no reason it was completely empty many rooms available . Because nobody stays in this bunghole I should have seen the signs it was slimy and everything was dirty I had to wipe everything down apon arrival . Nothing to eat close by just fast food a couple miles down it’s some food and shopping tho . Holes and stains In all the sheets and towels I received I would constantly give them back to house keeping and beg for replacements for the unusable towels and pillow cases. The housekeeping can’t clean and they despise cleaning they don’t want to do anything granite they live there and are probably working for pennies because they are obviously immagrants who can barely speak English but that’s not my problem it’s ur job to clean and u obviously don’t know how . They constantly harass u looking into ur window at 9am and asking if ur checking out when u already paid but u have to chase them down for actual service most days it’s weird. Then the woman who works at the front desk has no idea how to do her job she improperly places people so people are constantly checking out immediately when they see where the room she put them in. She picks and choose and make up rules to harrass on. like I tried to bring my baby some oatmeal from breakfast and she told me I couldn’t bring any food to my room but the man who came out after me had two plates and a cup to the room right next to me . Then I tried to pay at 12 and it literally says that’s checkout time online and I always pay at that time or before she made up some rule about people who stay over must pay by 11 when I asked the guy who works the next day he said no that’s not the rule . Checkout and payment time as always been 12 … she literally makes stuff up to make your stay miserable. She was complaining about my disabled 2 year old making too much noise to I allowed her to move me and she was still complaining every day I go to pay it’s a new complaint of them picking on my son who is makes the normal amount of noise for a baby he has speech delay he can’t even talk yet. I havee two babie s if u did properly place me that’s not my problem that’s yours . My child go to sleep 7pm every day they don’t violate any noise laws or rules of the hotel nor did I get any police calls I feel like she was also lying about that just to discriminate and pick on my black disabled baby and that’s literally pure evil . I feel traumatized after staying at this hotel and after I said something to her about how it not right how she’s picking on just me. And my family. I got random nocks on my door in the middle of the night . Knocks on my window and some women yelling. It was 3 am and I was scared. It’s empty parking lots near by full of crackheaddsss who yell all day !! The noise is so bad at this hotel it’s impossible to get sleep on the tiny hard beds with all the crackheads screaming and thing walls and floors . The walls are so paper thin You can literally hear your neighbors get in bed and use the bathroom. Killed way to many bugs during my stay from roaches to stink bugs but like I said it’s a dirty hotel with lazy house keeping what do u except a If u like dirty uncomfortable hotels ran my slum lords with receptionists who don’t know how to do their job & always have a stick in their butt And IMMAGRANT housekeeping who can’t clean or speak English but can live on property and cook curry all day then this is the hotel for u

Customer service is EVERYTHING!! And the staff here is always smiling and ready to help. Room is comfortable and clean. Great location. Publix and many restaurants are walking distance. Quiet and peaceful. I would stay here again.
