Would be nice to have outlets above the desk to charge a person's phone and plug in the coffee pot. Used the bathroom outlets for perking coffee. Their is not shelf or table on the right side of the bed as you face the bed to put a medical device. The space now is too small for a chair. Very clean, very good selection for breakfast and the north side of hotel is very, very quiet.
What a gem! Front desk was polite and helpful. Location was safe (next door to Sheriff). Pet Room was clean and well designed. Hard floors in room and halfway, recliner with pet cover, bed with pet-friendly coverlet. Room was quiet, bed was comfortable. Our little dogs were happy in and out of the room and I felt safe on midnight potty runs. I highly recommend this place for dogs and their humans.
I had an incredible stay at this place with my daughters. The online check-in process was seamless, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and excellent service. Every staff member was polite, friendly, and eager to assist, but Lexus truly stood out. Her warm smile and genuine willingness to help made our experience even more memorable. A special highlight was borrowing sleds to enjoy the breathtaking White Sands Dunes. Highly recommended for a family-friendly and welcoming getaway!
Office personnel were very friendly, very nice. Both the young man and a female , rooms were exceptionally clean. Nice and quiet highly recommended also a nice little breakfast in the morning. I had a sewer line plug up and they rented to me. Three different days, and we live right around the corner. In Alamogordo.
Day 17 of our trip and this hotel is the cleanest yet. Our room and the public areas are spotless. Additionally, the room is well maintained and comfortable. Hotel is right next to the sheriff's office so presumably security and safety are good. Great value for the money.
