Super 8 by Wyndham Benton Harbor/St. Joseph

Now if I have to be honest it was very difficult to be staying here! The halls messed musty and the staff was rude always starring in your face they even was all up in my car tv small and barley can see no breakfast so that was a lie when I wanted some juice he grab the cup and poured it for me and said I was only allowed 1 cup they hated when I booked online but it was cheaper ! They yelled in my boyfriend’s face and took out money and then kicked us out bc we didn’t want them in our room ! Literally they wanted to come in our room everyday we said no they kept the 180$ no refund called the police and kicked us!

Upon entering the room it felt like a walk in freezer. With a reservation one would think the heat would be turned on. Not so. My feet were frozen for hours even being in bed under covers with jacket on. It was comfortable 3 hours later. The bath tub had no way to plug the drain as there was a surface strainer secured over it. Lots of wasted water. Room was clean but flipping 🥶 🥶 COLD!!! Morning breakfast (the biggest joke on us) a choice of a granola bar or a packaged mini muffin!!! THIS WAS THE GRAND FINALE TO OUR SUPER 8 STAY!!!

Wow , really impressed. This motel looks like its recently renovated , with a new management. Room was clean better than i expected, i slept really well. Also for this price what a great deal. Definitely coming back every time passing in this area.

A very nice little hotel right off the the 94 highway. The staff was helpful and super nice to us and to my daughter when she went to the front desk in the morning. The room was renovated, very clean, and the beds were so comfy. It was a perfect stopover.

This was not the best hotel experience we had. The check in was ok. Although I pre checked it and scanned my license and credit card on the app, the front desk staff asked for a copy of them again. The lobby had some weird smell, likely cooking. The hallways and rooms were average. The worst part was the constant truck stop announcements every few minutes. Windows had no sound insulation and you can hear these announcements as if they are in the room. Also, rooms had no carpet, instead they have vinyl planks. It looks good, but again, no sound insulation. The person in the room above us was moving inside the room non stop and you can hear every step that is taken. I was laying in bed wide awake, following the person above me left and right in his room. After a sleepless night, there is a miserable breakfast waiting for you. Granola bars, packets of muffins and bad coffee. PS: Almost forgot, TV didn’t work either.
