The overnight person names Will was friendly and had amazing customer service. The housekeeping lady who was there first thing both nights I stayed was super kind and friendly. She deserves a raise super awesome lady. The hotel was clean, quiet, and very pleasant.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I've stayed at this specific hotel a few times when traveling between CA and IA. Super sketchy. Felt completely unsafe here. Was glad we survived the night. Got in late due to our travels and saw people stealing from a truck bed in the parking lot right next to where we were parked. Almost decided to leave right there. Only stayed bc it was 2am and a storm was rolling in. Got a first floor room, and window was not locked. I had to lock it myself but the mechanism was just a screw which I did not trust. Cleanliness was okay but found a long hair on one of the towels. Hallways were creepy and so was the front desk dude. Would never stay again, especially for the price.

This place is DISGUSTING! Smells Smokey throughout hotel. Door handle was not even wiped cleaned and noticed unknown stains on the wall across from the toilet. Looked and felt like it had never been cleaned. If I could give negative stars I would. We were in the room all of 20 min and decided to leave. Staff was nice and gave a full refund.

They are extremely nice here! Adam was always so kind and patient. He also helped me with my service animal cat. I would come stay here again .
