I made an overnight stop here during a long trip for the Thanksgiving holiday. My room was clean and breakfast was enjoyable. Overall it was a very nice stay and anytime I am passing through the area and need to stop for a night it will be at this Super 8, but the customer service is what truly made this stand out and be worthy of review. Ben went above and beyond to make sure that I had a comfortable, quiet stay. He is definitely an employee that should be valued.
Liz & Elena were amazing! Me & my husband had our wedding in Cloverdale. My whole family booked out the entire hotel and they were awesome checking in everyone. Made sure everyone was good and had all that we needed. Whole hotel was super clean. Even made me and my husband feel special by decorating our room when we got back from our wedding. I have never had any other hotel staff go above & beyond like they did. The best ever, we will definitely be back one day. Also there is so many store and food places right next to the hotel. You can literally walk to everything it was so convenient. Thank you guys again:)

his is the greatest motel in Cloverdale! I always stay here when I am traveling for work. The motel manager and staff are extremely friendly and very accommodating. The room are clean and the beds are comfortable. There is plenty of parking. I was going to have to change motels in the middle of my stay this time because they were completely booked for the weekend. The manager was able to get a room for me at the last minute. My only disappointment was that the "other motel" wouldn't cancel my reservation and I had to leave anyway. You absolutely can not go wrong staying at the Super 8!
This is a clean, quiet budget hotel. Basic amenities, friendly, responsive staff. The bed was extra-firm (don't think we could take more than a couple nights). The water pressure was low but there was plenty of hot water. There's an excellent Thai restaurant just across the parking lot plus a Starbucks right around the corner. The workout room was closed which was not indicated on the website when we made our reservation. This was the only thing that did not meet our expectations; disappointed altho' we understood the reason why, wished we'd known ahead of time.
