Super 8 by Wyndham Cookeville

We are a family of 4 and stayed here for two nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a room on the top floor and it was very quiet. The room was clean and tidy. So was the parking lot. The only downside was there was a dent in the bathroom door that looked like someone had punched it and some of the towels looked like they had seen better days. We received 2 washclothes between the 4 of us. They weren't terrible they just had faded stains that the staff probably could not get out. I requested extra pillows and was accommodated. For breakfast we had waffles, muffins, yogurt, oatmeal, apples, orange juice, coffee, and tea. They offered bottled drinks you could purchase. There were several restaurants and stores nearby within a very short drive. Dunkin donuts is just up the road. Walmart is a short drive away.There is a trampoline park for the whole family right across the street with an arcade. We would stay again.

The location was perfect and I was very impressed with the service of the staff. I was greeted with as soon as I walked through the door the front desk clerk informed me of all the services they provide and amenities they offered. I will definitely return in the future.

Friendly service, the shower was clean, beds were comfy and looked like they've been redoing stuff, only reason I didn't give 5 was because the floors could be better moped especially in the bathroom, by the looks they're clean but spill some water and wipe it up with a towel you'll see. Towels were 50/50 once they're stained or worn enough(see thru) time for the trash. Still had some nice clean ones to use but half of them were that case. And the ice machine just seems like bad timing but was a little bit of an inconvenience. All in all tho if the first two weren't there, they'd be at 5 for me.

Room was nice, beds were super comfy. I booked through hotels.com and somehow there was a glitch, we got an extra night and went to the front desk and signed again. That evening room next to us apologized for walking in on us while we were sleeping. Then about an hour later the front desk staff walked in and said you’re staying over? We informed him we had renewed. They found the problem but giving someone our room key while we lay asleep, and my purse lay on the desk next to the floor could have been a real problem. Room was nice, I would stay again probably.

Our car broke down just before the hotel and they happily accommodated by preparing our rooms early. The receptionist who helped us was awesome and super helpful as we got settled in! The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and very well maintained. Easy to navigate; and the breakfast was really good! We loved the waffles! The view from the door/window isnt too bad either.
