Super 8 by Wyndham Cottonwood

There was no “cleanliness” to the room. Completely disgusting. We might have had clean linens & the toilet had been wiped down. That was it. Lamps missing light bulbs and un plugged. Had to move bed to plug them in. Mini fridge had been unplugged and had horrible smelling stagnant water in it. Tv was like a 13” computer monitor that was hooked up wrong, so couldn’t even listen to it. Don’t waste your time.

Hotel is advertised to serve breakfast, but it doesn't. Furniture in the room are at end-of-life state, carpet has bad smell, bathroom needs upgrade and as well hot water spa is marked seasonal but was closed in Winter which was weird as that's when most people uses it. Ideally, it should state on the site, what months it will be closed rather than just saying seasonal. Plus Wifi sucks, speed is super slow and it frequently disconnects.

I would not stay here again. Walls are thin and you hear everything. Direct TV didn't work, so couldn't watch anything to drown out the noise. Bathroom has water damage that's not been fixed with rust stains. Fun fact our room had shoe print on the ceiling. It was embarrassing to stay here and especially at the price.

Someone entered my room even though I had a “DO NOT DISTURB” and they REMOVED a light cover in the bathroom and PROCEEDED TO CHARGE ME FOR IT! They charged me $75 because they came in and took the item to scam me. Filthy establishment. They also leave the front desk and don’t come back for 20 mins at a time. Absolutely disgusting.

Charged me early check in fee even though the place was empty. Tried to go to hot tube, only to be told it was closed for the season. Room smelled funky, had to spray deodorant to counter act.. Never again. I think staff did the best they could with what they had to work with.
