A quick Google search advertises this hotel as pet friendly. It is not. I am a single mom with two small kids. I booked this hotel in advance so I knew we wouldn't be stranded late at night with no where to go. I also specifically noted that I would need a pet friendly room on my reservation. When I tried to check in, they were rude and wouldn't let me bring the dog in. I would have picked a much cleaner hotel if I knew they weren't going to let me bring the dog in anyways. Save your money. Don't book here.
This is a great place to stay. The rooms are super clean and the staff is so nice. Gina, the manager, is the best. We had to stay an extra night because of a storm, and she was so accommodating, made us feel so welcome, made sure we had fresh toiletries, and recommended a great place to eat. I highly recommend this hotel!!!
My husband and I have been on a little trip to move our storage. Stayed in several hotels along the way. Our stay here in Crossville has been the very best everything was great The best service ever from the night clerk LeeLee went above and beyond. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Nice room and wonderful staff. The room was extremely clean, the A/C worked great and the shower was fabulous with very hot water and very good water pressure. The staff was also very kind and courteous despite the fact that they were sold out and very busy. We come to Crossville every year for the World's Longest Yard Sale and I think we finally found the hotel that we will return to year after year. Thank you for a great experience! See you next year!
