Disgusting motel. Roaches were crawling around in the bed. The lamps were broken. The outlets were broken. TV was broken. Phone was broken. When I complained about the room and asked for another I was shown another room where the bedding was all over the place and hadn’t been cleaned since the last guest. I asked for a refund and the claimed they would approve a refund if I requested it through Expedia, so I left and booked the Days Inn next door. Later I found out they only approved a $28 refund even though they promised a full refund when I spoke with them in person. These people are crooks. Stay away. The Days Inn next door is 100x better and was only $10 more.
The positive: room was clean and bed comfortable. The bad: dirty sheets, towels that are threadbare, cockroaches cockroaches, and more cockroaches. The room was in general disrepair. The main light was inoperable. There is no breakfast service currently. Did I mention the cockroaches?
Under construction. No manager on site. Room lacked amenities such as tissues and hair products. Towels were miss matched and dingey. Bed spread was faded, thread bare and worn. AC/Heater had a musty odor. Office never opened. No ice machine or access to any local information. Very disappointed for a Wyndham Property.

Hotel is nasty the towels were dingy actually looked used and the beds have a very thin mattress on a box frame very hard. And don't ask for extra blankets cause they don't have any. And pool was brown disgusting
