Let me be clear! The staff was absolutely fantastic. Went above and beyond, very informative and helpful. Some of the nicest people I have ever met. Pool was lovely! And well kept. Location wise there's a lot close by. 10 minutes from the homestead speedway. 7/11 right next door for basic grocery needs. BUT there's a ton of noise... Not at the hotel itself but right on the street. ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT.
The place is ok, I’m very easy person and they are not the best not the worst. Breakfast is good and the staff is friendly. I put 1 star overall for their WiFi. It’s just a joke. Every night for 5 nights. Around 7.30 pm it goes down. I’m not able to load an internet page, not even a word about the movie. I don’t understand the reason for it, but it’s just crazy. 😝 prices for the rooms are not cheap but management still can’t provide clients with normal internet in 2025. Absurd.
The room was okay for the price and clean but a little beat up and the mattress was a little worn. Definitely an "older" motel. There did not appear to be any bugs like a previous review reported. Their breakfast did not open until 7 am (most hotels I've stayed at start at 6 am). The check-in host was very friendly and made it easy to check-in.
I stayed in room 113 and I must say that upon my arrival I was greeted by one of the most kindest and friendliest of staff. The manager of the establishment Brianna, made sure all my questions were answered which made my stay such a pleasure. Great customer care!
Briana Rios is extremely rude she is the front desk manager. I will be filing a complaint with corporate, she is very young and has a major attitude problem. I feel for someone to be working with the public she needs to understand how customer service and how to talk to people. Young and immature at best. The rooms were some what clean, the location is very dangerous. 0/10 would not recommend.
