Super 8 by Wyndham Hermitage Nashville

Very disappointed in Windham. Clerk at check in was distracted by her Chic-fil-a food directly in front of her and seemed upset that I bothers her, asked about the breakfast as I did not see room in the small lobby, clerk said yes, I asked where and her response was "It's outside" Room had a must stale odor. TV remote did not work. Shower was horrendous (see pics), so bad we did not use it. Found breakfast with only these items: waffles, toast, two cereals. Went back to room to find I had been locked out. Went to front desk, got back to room to find cleaning staff entering to clean. This was around 10am, check out was 11am. Yes we could have left, chose not to since we were there for the night. One positive, the bed slept well.

I was fine until they made me change rooms. Rushing me to pack my stuff up and the new room wasn't ready. New room was not handicap. New room had long black hairs everywhere in the bathroom. I was told to find housekeeping staff to tell them to clean. I left my jacket in the old room and thought I'd never get it back. Of course no supervisor or manager to talk too. And rude, rude, rude.

Older hotel but updated rooms. Good price which I find refreshing in Nashville. Don’t judge the hotel by the people loitering on the grounds . Breakfast is very minimal. No protein. Bread to toast. There was a waffle machine we didn’t try. And cereal. The good news is there’s an IHOP next door.

The manager, who is an older, gray haired, Indian man is the rudest person you will ever meet. I had an issue where my payment was going to be a few hours late ( I even offered to pay a late fee) so he made me & my DISABLED, sick daughter move my property onto the parking lot. Our apartment had flooded so, we had quite a bit of stuff there, everything we own. We sat in 95 degree weather until my husband could get to us. If you read this, I hope you’re having the day you deserve sir. Karma is coming.🤬🤬🤬

Three seconds into walking into checking in— extremely RUDE YOUNG LADY AT FRONT DESK! Non-working indoor pool!! False advertisement!!! The man manager is a LIAR— and charged an additional $160 for our pets— And YESSSSS it claims they’re pet friendly!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPANY!! We will go to the WYNDAM main complaint department with all our claims— this is all true and factual! We will NOT EVERRR be back to them or ANY SUPER 8, PERIOD!!! STAY FARRR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
