Fabulous stay! We were here for 7 weeks from the minute I was greeted by Tammy she was very welcoming and helped me reserve all my stays .I mentioned to her we were staying in kerville for radiation treatments and she booked us a room downstairs to accommodate my husband.the day we show up the very nice lady named Raunak upgraded us to a deluxe room which i thought was very sweet of her The rooms are well kept and very comfortable they are cleaned DAILY by a nice lady named alicia who I had the pleasure of meeting .most hotels now days only clean your room if you ask them to not this place they clean EVERY DAY and it's spotless. their breakfast is simple but filling it consists of waffles or pancakes muffins ,oatmeal and toast coffee and juice and milk . Considering that it is right next to the interstate it is very peaceful and quiet and very comfortable.i would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone .Great Price and it's worth your stay!
This is a very well kept establishment! Everyone is very welcoming and accomodating. I was here for cancer radiation treatments for a month and everyone has been so nice .I was put down stairs in a very clean comfortable room the beds are super comfy with nice clean sheets.The property is well kept it's very peaceful and quiet considering it's located next to i10.it has breakfast which is very filling .it's located next to alot of restaurants within walking distance .the price is reasonable and rooms are cleaned daily.most hotels don't do that now days but this place does Every Day! Give it a try I guarantee you'll be a returning customer
5* experience for sure. Friendly and fast check-in. Clean spacious room, especially suited for ADA needs. Breakfast items offered were fresh and plentiful. Great TV and internet provided.
We are from Mexico and we went on January 17 to vist Kerville. At night we decided to come to this hotel to sleep. Upon arriving at the reception there was one north american woman in front with no other workers around. We don't know how to speak english and we asked for a room in spanish and that woman with a mocking and cynical attitude opened her eyes very wide, tightened her mouth and made noises in her throat, we made signs to her and tried to speak to her in english that we wanted a room and every time he did the same to us. We are convinced that she understood because logically that is why we went to this hotel. It didn't really bother us that she didn't understand us, we were bothered by her cynical and despotic racist attitude. This hotel should not be run by people who hate foreigners. As tourist we do not deserve this treatment. Definitely I do not recommend this hotel.
Great hotel really clean and spent a great week of vacation with such a great staff and the breakfast was fantastic we spent November 18-23. The location is so close to everything and comfortable. Thank you for making our trip great. I recommend this hotel to anyone going to kerrville
