Very nice rooms for the price. Great customer support and service. The breakfast was good for the price of the room and was always fresh. The location is a little awkward but right off the parkway. You have to go thru other parking lots to get to it so it's a little more complicated that it doesn't have its own entrance.
We visit Pigeon Forge every October. We usually stay at a very nice hotel. This year, we wanted to stay longer and searched for a more affordable option. After finding this hotel, I was a bit skeptical never stayed there before and what they show online is not always what it looks like in person. We were VERY surprised! The room were spotless, the grounds were spotless, the lobby area, elevator etc spotless! The breakfast was really good. Many options hot and ready every morning. We even had a special interaction with our housekeeper who is a true example of his hands and feet! She was teaching her young child (around 9/10 yrs old) how to help her clean etc. what work ethic this child will have as they grow up. We left a hand written note and gift as a token of our appreciation. You can tell with all the staff there it is more than just a job. I don’t care how much we can afford to stay at a nice hotel, we will COME back to this one for sure!
I was very impressed with the entire stay! The room was very big and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfy. The heat wasn't too noisy. The noise isolation was decent. The room did show some age, but only from a cosmetic standpoint. The breakfast was great! The biscuits and muffins were amazing! I really loved the selection. There were lots of vegetarian options. I've stayed at a lot of hotels in pigeon forge and this is a great choice for a cheap hotel.
Don’t be fooled by others reviews. Our room was very clean, bed was super comfy, no noise, convenient location to everything. The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was way more than expected. Our last day they had chicken biscuits and scrambled eggs, and gravy. 🥰
First let me state I don’t usually leave reviews either positive or negative. But this experience must be documented. We booked this hotel to have a weekend getaway. However when we arrived and got out of the car there was a strong odor of marijuana. When I looked up there were two guys smoking marijuana and drinking on the balcony above us. I went in to get my room and when I got the room number I noticed it was directly under the guys room. I also noticed they were staring at what we were getting out of the car. Being a former police officer I did not feel comfortable with the room I was provided so I asked to be moved to the other side of the building. The female at the front desk was nice but advised that the only rooms with king beds were on the same side as the marijuana smokers. I asked if marijuana was legal in Tennessee and she stated yes. I looked it up and found that was an incorrect statement. Based on the issues of illegal activity and the fact my wife said the guys kept staring at her and the vehicle while I was inside I asked for a refund. The front desk person called the manager who advised we would be charged for the night even though there were very few cars in the lot. I understand hotel policies and the right of the hotel to do this but for the safety of my family I chose to swallow the cost and go to the LaQuinta next door. Trust me folks. Pay the extra money and stay elsewhere. Live and learn.
