Super 8 by Wyndham Sainte Agathe Des Monts

A very comfortable bed. Honestly surprisingly comfortable. Great shower. Unfortunately the room smelled like tobacco smoke, musty, mildew smell with a lingering sweaty body odor smell. The pet friendly carpets seemed a bit gross. Had a very good night sleep on a firm mattress and hot shower with good water pressure and a very reasonable price in nice quiet St Agathe. Overall very happy. The kids pool and hot tub was great. Parking could of been better but the hotel was fully booked. I'm very happy with the overall experience and stay.

Horrible Service from Start to Finish – Stay Away! I booked this hotel months in advance for a group of guests attending my wedding, and it was nothing but trouble from day one. For months, we had ongoing issues with credit card information, booking errors, and constant mismanagement. I repeatedly had to follow up and essentially do the staff’s job for them to ensure that everything was correct. When the wedding weekend finally arrived, things got even worse. Some of our guests were refused check-in, leaving them stranded. On top of that, we were double-charged for several rooms, and they refused to issue any refunds. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this, the staff was completely unhelpful, and the manager was nowhere to be found. We even contacted corporate, but they were just as useless and refused to take any responsibility. The complete lack of professionalism and customer service at every level is shocking. As a bride, dealing with this kind of stress on top of wedding planning was beyond disappointing. If you’re considering this hotel, save yourself the headache and stay anywhere else. Other places in the area actually care about their guests — this one does not.

We have been to 4 other super 8 in Québec and Ontario, this one was by far the nicest one. The pool was a blast for the kids, great room and situated in an amazing little town with lots of restaurants & stores within walking distance. The regular breakfast in the morning no waffles at this one but all the other great stuff they have to offer. Kids room had an xbox with games you can rent. Excellent staff 🥰

We stayed here for Ontario March break and will definitely return. It was really quiet. The hotel and rooms are dated, but everything was clean. The pool has a great waterslide, which was a huge hit with our kids (5 - 8 yrs old). The sprinkler fixtures in the pool weren't working while we were there. Parents can sit in the hot tub and watch the kids. Kids especially enjoyed the free breakfast - cereal, yogurt, fruit salad, boiled eggs, toast, bagels, juice, hot chocolate etc. The lobby has tea and coffee all day (and usually Dad's oatmeal cookies as well). We had a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed, and there was a jet tub in the sitting room (which was hilarious). After a cold day of tubing, kids could sit in the warm tub and watch tv. Location is excellent, but located on a hill with steep stairs to some of the parking.

This hotel has an ideal location, close to restaurants and shopping, and less than a half hour to Mont Tremblant. The area is very quiet. You can't beat the price for everything you get here. Great service, spacious room, free continental breakfast, great location, and the pool! The pool was a total hit with my kids, and hot tub was a hit with everyone after a long day out in the cold. Kids were excited to enjoy the pool and the slide every night of our stay. We are already looking forward to our next stay.
