We booked our stay last minute and without reading reviews. But we were not disappointed. We checked in at 1am which we were worried might be an issue. The clerk met us at the front door, was polite and welcoming. He got us set up with a room without any issue. The hotel is definitely older and there is noticeable wear but wasn't bothersome. Our room was clean and comfortable with 2 double beds, TV, mini fridge, full stocked coffee station and adjustable heating/cooling. Lines were clean, no discoloration and our bathroom was well stocked with towels. We slept comfortably until about 7am when traffic started since the hotel is next to the hwy it's definitely not the quietest. But if needed, we'd consider staying here again in a pinch.

What a terrible place to stay. The bed was super small. The included breakfast was toast (no butter), coffee, apples and yoghurt. The bathroom sink was for people 4ft tall. There was no lift for the upper floor. The coffee in the room was limited to one. The rooms smelled old and uninviting. On the plus side for $103 it was a place to crash and get the hell out the next day. Parking was good. Service station and other fast food restaurants were close by. We wouldn't stay again though.

Was trying to book for a single night i thought I was passing through. Turned out it didn't work the best logisticly for me and canceled 5 months in advance, and 4 days later to the booking time. Only received $70 of my $178 fee paid.. I stay with Wyndham often and my first cancel with them.. Likely to not be my first choice booking in the future after this experience..

DO NOT STAY HERE. The people running this hotel have no interest in customer service. The hockey team my son play's on stayed here for the weekend and had such a terrible experience. There was no hot water in our room. I had to ask the front desk person three times to have someone come and look. If they were at the front desk they were simply scrolling through their phone....most of the time there was a note at the desk (see photo). When I tried to call someone there was no answer. The hot water issue was never resolved. The ice machine didn't work. The breakfast was abysmal (see photo). The rooms were dirty feeling, stains on the wall, etc. I don't like to give bad reviews but couldn't not in this case. Wyndham should shut this place down until the owner's can meet a certain standard.

Worst hotel experience ever! I’m typically not one to complain about things but I couldn’t help myself. Our experience was short. We checked into our room in the evening and was surprised when our room had evidently not been cleaned. Crumbs were on the counter, hair on the pillows, and stains on most of the towels. We asked for new sheets for the bed (which were also stained and smelled like bleach). While we were putting the sheets on the bed an empty bottle of whiskey fell onto the floor. We immediately went to the front desk for a refund which they gave us and we found another place to stay for the night. Overall would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
