Location is the only thing that gives this place a one-star. The bedroom instantly made me itchy. There was still dust on everything, not to mention hair and questionable fluids. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Then I left after plugging my stuff in because I did not like feeling itchy and being in a disgusting place, but I couldn't get a refund on the room. The staff was absolutely horrid. Not only that, but they claim that I smoked in the room when I did not and are charging me a $250 fee. I could not afford the $250 fee and still can't, which is why I made sure that I didn't smoke in there. Even after the loss of my mother-in-law, I still kept my wits and ensured that I paid attention to the rules. If you have anywhere else to stay even in a car or a tent outside, I would rather do that next time. Do not stay here it is absolutely horrid, and the staff is horrid. Good luck to whoever stays here. I really hope you don't get bed bugs because I'm really afraid I have brought home bed bugs. Time to burn everything I took there that could contain bugs. Pictures are only in the bathroom since that's basically all I used in desperation.

First of all who ask for a 100 deposit on a visa debit card? It’s not some random bank card. It’s backed by visa. Rooms were ok, service was ok, but overall I wouldn’t stay here again.

Staff is great. Clean and comfortable. Only issue being a dog backing most of the ealy morning and front desk/mgmt would not do anything about yet i wanted to wash clothes around 7 00am and was told i had to wait till 9 00am.

Made a reservation on the phone because the online policy said if we checked in late our reservation would be canceled. Confirmed that we would not be there on time but our reservation would be held. We arrived and was told we can book the same room at the same price but our original reservation was canceled.

Room wasn't bad. But the room needs a good cleaning. Carpet especially.
