Super 8 by Wyndham Wisconsin Dells

The owner of this hotel is a very nice gentleman and knows customer service. Sera the front desk worker is one of the greatest customer service friendly workers you will find. She handles things that may be wrong right away. This hotel is in great location for downtown and nearby activities. Rooms are cozy. Breakfast has various items. They serve coffee all day long. Pool and game room.

The room was very clean as I walked into the hotel lobby. You can smell that it’s very clean with all the cleaning products they keep cleanliness doesn’t have a bad smell. Room was clean. Hot tub was good. Everything worked too well price was a good deal.

It was a fab experience I was confused earlier but the experience was great and the service by front desk guy was too good. Rooms are also neat and clean. One thing I love about is the fragrance in the room it was very pleasant overall great experience.

upon arriving the gentlemen at the front desk wouldn't say a word. I work in customer service so I took that as rude. You should not work up front if you don't want to interact. Secondly we got in our room and our bed comforter had a bunch of rips in it like some one took a knife to it. then we turned on the TV to kill time and the TV had so many lines threw it you couldn't even watch it. There was also a funky smell in our room that reminded me of basement. The bed was not comfortable. The women that worked the front desk was very nice. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Go to LA quinta. My lesson was learned. Lastly the same gentlemen checked us out and said nothing not even thanks for staying with us.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was truly an excellent experience. The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The hotel's location was also perfect for exploring the city. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the commitment to excellence. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
