We had to stop overnight for a work trip. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Everyone who worked here was so amazing! My coworker had left something behind, and they immediately contacted us that they had found it when cleaning the room. We have to stay in hotels quite regularly for our job and it's super refreshing to find one that has such awesome people working there who care.
Our experience here has been stellar, from the reviews on google, the initial phone call, to the check in process, the on duty representative, the parking lot well lit and accessible, and the room. The room is clean, bedding clean, homey, obviously taken care of. The bathroom and shower are clean. I felt the price point for the accommodation was incredible, noting also, the continental breakfast included. Location is close to places in the area we needed.
After reading the reviews I decided to still book with them due to the price and location. Check in was smooth and Jay- Assistant Manager was super kind and helpful from when I called the day before to check in. Shared a lot of information with me and was courteous and friendly. Room was great, had a slight smell(nothing that would require us to change rooms). Bed was comfortable and room was very clean, lots of parking and location was great. 30 minutes to the airport was also helpful.
The college triathlon team was staying here and our daughter was part of the team so we stayed, too. Rooms were clean, property was clean, and its location convenient. The service we received from Frankie was above and beyond. She’s friendly and accommodating. She was the reason our team was able to get together for an evening meal in their breakfast room. We are beyond grateful. :)
Disgusting place, rude staff Roger, long drive to theme parks. Family stayed here recently but will never stay again. Stained sheets and Roger old man at front desk said nothing he could do had to wait for housekeeping in the morning. Roger too lazy to get us some fresh sheets, rude grumpy does not help guests. Wonder if owners know how bad this guy is and what are they paying him for. Also roaches all over the room, even running across front of TV as we were watching it. Mini frig was filthy, things growing inside and not cleaned in a very long time, even though staff tried to say it was cleaned after last guest, there is no way it was. Gross room, lied about cleaning, rude staff. They also say false things on their website and there is photo for proof below. Magic Kingdom is really 10 miles away and there is very many traffic lights, it takes 30 minutes in the morning and the traffic even more bad in the evenings so 45 minutes. And them saying it takes only 20 minutes to get to Universal is biggest lie since it’s 20 miles away with very many lights and traffic jams, takes at least an hour to drive each way for Universal parks. SureStay in Clermont is roach motel and bad place, do not stay here.
