Terrible service and rooms. Upon entering our room we inspected our beds and noticed a lot of hair from what appeared to be from the waist down on the sheets and pillow coverings. We immediately informed the front desk clerk. She changed our room and again we noticed some discrepancies on the sheets and mattress of my sons bed. There was urine stains on the bed cover and upon further inspection we noticed a very large fresh urine stain on the mattress as shown in the picture. The smell was awful. We again explained the situation, provided pictures, and insisted that a representative inspect the room. After inspecting the room she apologized and provided us a 3rd room. The third room ac/heater did not work mind you the current weather is 31 degrees. That was the last straw long story short the clerk denied there being a supervisor or manager available to speak with us and refused to provide a refund, refused to return the $100 deposit and further refused to check us out. This kind of business is unacceptable and that I will write a review and post a picture of the disgusting mattress online. We informed the clerk that we would be writing this review.

We had reservations for 10 rooms and the staff was extremely patient and courteous towards every single one of us. Each room was exactly the same with all the amenities in it. The beds were really comfy, the breakfast was more than what we had expected. Overall for the price that we paid and in return what we got was more than what we could have asked for. It was an amazing stay.

I found my room to be very clean and comfortable. The staff was all very friendly and always greeted me with a smile every time we’d cross paths. The location was also extremely convenient as it was fairly close to many fun activities and unique places. I definitely plan on staying here again if I am in the area.

Unfortunately I can't leave a good review. This was the third time I had stayed at this motel, I can honestly say for the price I won't be staying there again. I was traveling with my dog and declawed cat, add $20 for each pet. For the room and pets I paid around $144. That was not the issue, this was the issue. I requested the bottom floor, I was given a handicap room. When I walked in the room it had a musty smell, not from any cleaning solutions. The bed appeared clean, the refrigerator smelled awful for some reason. The wood trim on the doors were dirty from people touching them with dirty hands. The towels smelled dirty and while drying my hands with a hand towel, there was a long black hair on the hand towel, not my hair, my hair is brown with grey. The sink counter top had water spots and there was also water stops on the half empty roll of toilet paper, no additional roll if you were to run out. The tub had a small wooden seat in it which was totally discussing, dirty in the crevices and stained, I'm thankful I don't have to sit down to shower. The shower head and downspout was also stained. I had to take a quick shower because the water turned luke warm fast. SureStay vinegar goes a long way in getting water spots out. Not that it mattered to me but the indoor swimming pool was empty, and so no amenity there and it was empty every time I have stayed there, leaving me to believe they don't fill it possibly because of the expense of pool maintenance. Breakfast consisted of biscuits and gravy, cold cereal, bagels, they may have had a toaster there. Nothing looked appetizing. My first stay I did try the biscuits and gravy, not that appetizing. But after that first experience the free breakfast isn't worth it. The most important thing in my opinion is a clean place to spend the night and this last experience convinced me this is not the place.

Good hotel for the area. Others look a lot more run down and sketchy from outside. This one has a nice exterior, and is comfortable inside. Fridge is good sized and can hold a good bit of food inside; we put two coolers worth of supplies into ours (plus the ice in the freezer). Breakfast is decent, it does tend to start getting thin after 8am because the early crowd clears it out so much but the staff tries to keep it resupplied to the best of their ability. Internet was good and reliable. No elevators so keep that in mind if you have a fair amount of stuff to carry in.
