SureStay by Best Western Helen Downtown

Came up for my twice yearly Dr appointment, and thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Comfortable room. Nice and quiet every time I stay. Pleasant front desk staff, and right next door to Huddle house

We had a nice stay. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable. Bathrooms are updated. The pool was nice and warm and the included breakfast had a lot of options! The location was perfect for walking to downtown just a few blocks. Would stay here again.

Great location, walking distance to Helen town, dining and shops plus coaster carts right in front. Room was nice and clean with wood floors that’s a plus for me. Staff was nice, breakfast was decent. Doesn’t have elevator but it’s only 2 floors. Will definitely stay again.

Had a 2 day trip to Helen, GA and stayed in this hotel both days and loved everything about this hotel..location is really convenient for shopping, exloring the city, and dining..plenty of parking lots available very close to the rooms and the room was very clean and fresh with more than enough of everything we needed..breakfast was also good enough with frozen sandwiches, cereal, bagels, muffins, and boiled eggs together with fresh coffee. Overall, this hotel was really awesome! Loved it!!

After driving 9 hours to our original hotel, we were turned away as hotels.com cancelled our room. We came to the Sure stay, exhausted. Jan was so beyond accommodating and helpful to us! She truly went over and beyond to make sure my family had a place to rest our heads. The rooms are spacious and clean. The parking is convenient and located close to the rooms!
