Terrible hotel for the price. I paid $120 per night and found cockroaches in the room in the evening. The furniture is all old, and the renovation is worn out. On the booking photos, the hotel shows breakfasts with scrambled eggs, sausages, and bacon. In reality, the breakfast was very poor, and the items shown in the photos were not available. Please remove the misleading photos. I do not recommend staying here.

My first and only time I will stay here. The staff was very nice but for $250 a night I except a clean room. The carpet had stains and stunk. The bathtub was filthy and the towels were dingy and thin. Our TV didn’t work. When I booked the room there was no mention they were closing the pool in October.

This is not a 2-Star hotel. Unless you're on an extremely tight budget, or are looking for a place to sleep for the night instead of your car, keep away. I highly recommend that you give serious consideration to the other lodging options in the area. They have got to be better than this place. The towels were worn and rough. The washcloths were actually STAINED. The towels were well past their service life and should have been replaced long ago. On our king size bed there were four small square pillows. When you sleep you have to keep your head perfectly placed in the center of the pillow and they’re useless for comfortably propping yourself up to watch TV in bed. As bad as the above, the worst part was that our door would not latch in the morning after we opened it. I pushed as hard as I could to get it to latch to no avail. I reported the problem to the front desk and it apparently was a problem that maintenance had already tried to correct prior to our arrival. We checked out before maintenance attempt to fix it again because we couldn’t wait to get out of there. In summary, this hotel is not up to the standards of Best Western. The quality and experience are more akin to a Motel 6/Super 8. Needless to say, we were very, very disappointed with our stay and WILL NOT stay at this hotel in the future.

I travel quite frequently for work and I've stayed in many different hotels. This is not the worst I've been in, but not the best either. I'm a diamond select member with Best Western. I'm not picky as long as its clean, quiet and bed bug free. One star for the location and quietness and one star for customer service. I stayed here a few times out of convenience for work. Rooms are outdated with old carpet, bathrooms need to be revamped and towels need to be replaced. The towels are practically see through, beyond rough like sandpaper and heavily stained to the point they're no longer white but almost tan. During my last stay, it rained and I was on the first floor. I came in and the place was crawling with huge pincher bugs/earwigs. They were on the walls, in the carpet and in the bathroom. They definitely need to reseal their doors to help keep pests out. The tubs looked stained/moldy to me. I wore shower shoes. I can't speak on the breakfast, because I never ate it. The beds and pillows weren't that great but good enough to sleep on. Location is up the road from starbucks, taco bell, mcdonalds and some other places. Overall, I give it 2 stars. Don't come here with high expectations and you'll be fine.

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at and I’ve had a variety of hotel stays for work that need to be very economical (usually 1x/month not including personal vacations). Upon first glance the rooms seemed fine and were comparable to their over $200 cost especially with the great service so far. However, after needing to use the restroom our group of friends discovered Black Mold in the bathroom making it essentially unusable, this is in addition to the weird set up to the bathroom where the sink was separated from the toilet and shower (personal preference finding it weird and making it feel like a public restroom opposed to a single bathroom), this setup’s main issue is that there’s no towel holder next to the sink and the small shower space makes ventilation more difficult (likely making the mold issue worse). Additionally, the beds weren’t uncomfortable but the pillow were essentially what’s used for decretive pillows defeating how comfortable the bed can be. I would consider not leaving a 1 star rating as it wasn’t truly horrendous but paying over $200 for a $70 hotel adds to the lowered rating as we were essentially ripped off.
