Noah and Gina at SureStay Hotel made my stay amazing. The rooms were clean and well maintained which was a huge plus. Noah was professional and attentive ensuring everything was smooth, and Gina was friendly and helpful and dope, super nice people. always ready to assist with a smile. Both of them are great assets to the team i have travelled a lot and it makes it a warm feeling to have people like them big shoutout to Noah. Their efforts made my stay comfortable and i recommend this hotel because of their excellent service and cleanliness.

I recently stayed at the SureStay Hotel by Best Western on Mission Bay Drive, and I was incredibly impressed with the entire experience. Jocelyne at the front desk truly stood out; she was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met with warmth and care. Her compassion and attention to detail made us feel valued as guests. Additionally, the entire staff demonstrated outstanding customer service, always ready to assist with a smile. This level of hospitality made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic team and welcoming atmosphere!

Location is amazing and the rooms are spacious, the house keeping steller service and with a great smIle. Now Isabelle the front desk receptionist needs to adjust how she welcomes paying guests, my husband asked her how's your day to see if she maybe had a bad day, and she said no she was fine, first she gave us a 3 story room which is very inconvenient for me due to my daughter's disability, so my husband asked for something downstairs and she said no that all rooms were booked due to reservations and then when I asked with so many rooms looked empty that she couldn't accommodate is for the reasons being and said she only had a room that was next to the elevator, then i told my husband while being upset to forget it that I rather stay on the third floor because I'm a light sleeper and didn't want the pups to be paranoid for the noise . He proceeded to tell Isabelle that we were just gonna stay in the third floor, all the sudden we got a room on the second floor which I was grateful, but honestly with a week paid it should this difficult to properly great your paying guests and to accommodate them. Just saying.

These rooms are both affordable and charming little suites. The staff is exceptional. I've stayed here numerous times, and each visit I'm greeted by Gina. She’s incredibly accommodating, even when I need to extend my stay last minute, and she goes out of her way to ensure I’m comfortable. The rooms are always spotless and I've never had an issue. One night, after a tough loss in poker, I called down and spoke with Andy. He was so kind and even brought water up to my room. Honestly, the hospitality here consistently exceeds my expectations. I will definitely continue to be a repeat customer. Safe, polite, affordable, and clean—what more could you ask for?

Great little hotel. The room was small but clean (next to laundry) so there was quite a bit of noise from the dryers. The breakfast goes until 10:00am, however they stop putting out fresh food at 9:20am and if there out of whatever, you're out. Would recommend and would stay again.
