Love Love LOVE this hotel! My family and I were in town for a wedding and decided to stay here instead of the in-laws for a little over a week and we are so glad we stayed here. The staff was amazing and the rooms were very spacious and we even had a kureg coffee machine in our room, which my wife was extremely happy about. All in all it was a wonderful experience!

My family and I had such a great experience during our stay in Sarasota. I'm so glad we decided to stay at Sure Stay. I got the suggestion from a friend and we were very happy with the choice. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed and always checked on us to make sure we were happy during our stay. 5 stars all the way!!
Was not impressed with this location. Our room needed a good deep cleaning, dust was even on the toilet paper holder, bath tub needed a scrub. Paint might help. The electric on one side of the bed didn't work. Breakfast was toast, yogurt, fruit, not as good as other best western's we have gone too. It was very expensive for what we paid for. UPDATE: We experienced a cockroch in our bed last night. Our trip included 2 nights at this place, I will never recommend this place.
The staff has been over the top. The plumbers caused a cascade event on a Friday afternoon. As I called so many hotels on the FEMA list it was your staff who went that extra mile to help me out. I do and will always remember the kindness and deep assistance I got. I was and remain so thankful to all of you and especially the initial staff who helped me. Sincerely Jim Durham
