SureStay Hotel by Best Western N. Myrtle Beach

Our story starts with the first room. We quickly learned it had recently been flooded by rain overflow. The smell was more than u could take. The bathroom floor was super sticky too. The bed comforter was two sizes too small for the king bed. We asked for another room and the front desk gal was very kind and helpful and found us another room only to get locked out of it and too some time to get it open again so they moved us to yet another room. It was ok. Still had a mildew smell and felt damp. The smell gave me a massive headache and the ac quit working out last night. Best thing I can say is the two women at the front desk were very kind and did everything to make us happy that they could.

We have stayed here several times, always loved it! This time not so much! The room was not clean, very dusty and also roaches everywhere.

Customer service was good the pool was too small and the hot tub wasn't working the room smelled like a basement. The sheets and bed spread, and pillows were dingy. It's really a motel actually they had free breakfast from 6 am to 9 am. They had a small laundry room with 2 washers and dryers . I paid too much for the room the two days I stayed.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The rooms are disgusting! Bed and sheets covered in stains! The hot tub was literally green. I let my son get In the tiny disgusting pool against my better judgement and he immediately broke out in hives.. I told management and said I was leaving. They charged me for 2 night at the room and claimed I was a no show so they wouldn't refund me even though I paid a deposit and checked in. It's a disgrace. Avoid at all costs!!

Housekeeping is short staffed, we put a sign on the door that says Please make up room. We left and came back at 1pm, Room was still not made up. Called front desk and spoke with Tiffany, she lied and said someone would clean our room. We came back at 5pm and room was still not made up. Before we left we put our trash out and they put the trash can in front of someone else room. The customer service at this hotel sucks, WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!!
