Beds were amazing - comfy but a bit high to get into if you have any leg/hip issues. Very clean. The heavy curtains we had didn't close so there was some issue with room darkness while sleeping. Microwave & fridge were both well cleaned & in good working order. Lots of channel options!!! Vivienna was very pleasant and a wonderful first face to see after a long day of driving.
Stayed here a few times. The first, the card readers wouldn’t hardly work, so you’d have to hold your tongue just right to get doors open. Checking in, the lady said hi and then said she had to go get something, and left me standing there while she went around doing something obviously not hotel related. Kinda odd I thought. The rooms were just fine. Clean. And the ac worked great. Breakfast was pretty good. One morning they ran out after like 10 minutes. But after that it wasn’t too bad. Tasty. One of the better breakfasts.
The young night clerk was awesome when we checked in. Very orofessional! Food was fair at best . Staff Sunday morning were cold and non caring to the customers' needs. Beacon ran out at 8 a.m., and the staff was made aware but did nothing. The juice machine was not set up. Elderly lady clerk, when we checked out, would not raise her head to look at us. Really? She was very cross. The back door entrance would not lock when closed. I expected a better experience.
Rooms were very clean, and the king bed was perfect.
Check in was quick, the room was clean, staff had good attitudes, great views from the top of the hill, and close to the highway.
