Swan Lake Campsite 1 and Boat Ramp Introduce
Welcome to Swan Lake Campsite 1 and Boat Ramp, located at FF-2013, Ff Trail, Wetmore, MI 49895. As part of the Campgrounds & RV Parks category, this campsite offers a rustic camping experience with direct access to Swan Lake and a boat ramp.
Swan Lake Campsite 1 and Boat Ramp provides a natural and secluded environment, making it suitable for campers seeking privacy. The boat landing is noted as being well-maintained, offering a convenient place for launching boats and swimming.
The camping area itself features a large open space, but much of the terrain is uneven. There is a small, relatively flat area on the north side of the boat launch, with flatter areas extending southward towards other campsites. This may pose a challenge for larger campers, but tent camping or smaller trailers should be manageable.
Amenities at the campsite include a fire ring and a pit toilet. There is also a small, unmarked trail, likely community-made, that connects to campsites further south, offering additional exploration opportunities.
Overall, Swan Lake Campsite 1 and Boat Ramp is a good option for those seeking a rustic camping experience with lake access and a boat ramp. The price is considered reasonable, and the privacy and natural setting are appealing. However, campers should be prepared for uneven terrain.
Additionally, a review mentioned a nearby store, noting its comprehensive offerings, suggesting campers can find essential supplies nearby.
Due to the rustic nature of this campsite, specific contact information may be limited. Visitors are advised to research the area and prepare accordingly for a wilderness camping experience.

Customer Reviews
I hiked into this site form the West trail to check it out. The boat landing is pretty nice and would make a good place to launch or swim. The camping area is subpar however. There is a lot of open space however most of it is not flat. There is a small flat place on the north side of the launch and it gets flatter to the south towards the other sites. It is a good place if you want some privacy from others and is totally usable. There is a fire ring and pit toilet at the site. There is a small unmarked and probably community made trail to connects to the sites further south. Overall this is a good place to stay especially for the price and lake access. If you have a larger camper you may struggle to find a flat spot but with a tent or smaller trailer you should be fine.
If they don't have it, you don't need it!! 💯 best little store ever!!
