Sweetwater KOA Holiday

Best place we have stayed, the staff is very nice and helpful.we had the slid out not work and the staff helped with propane bottles until we was able to fix the slide out. Thank you. You are so wonderful. I recommend this place to everybody. The staff is very wonderful. I could not ask for a better group of people.

I camped in a tent site for two nights. I was by myself because my kids had to cancel at the last minute. They staff were so kind and friendly. The bathrooms were the cleanest I have ever seen in any camp ground. I will definitely be back. But next time I will have my kids and grandbabies with me. Was impressive what they had there for kids to do. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. Cindy P.

Staff were very friendly and helpful! There was an issue with our reservation and it was fixed without issues. It rained nearly our whole visit so we didn't get to enjoy the amenities as we hoped. The park was very clean, there's a nice dog park, and when there was a break in the rain they turned on the jumping pad for the kids! We were at another KOA the days before this and even when there was a break in the rain, they refused to open any of the amenities. The customer service here was definitely stellar!

I gave Rooms 3 stars, because the RV site we had was not very level. Now the RV park itself, very friendly staff, well maintained grounds, clean and heated restrooms and showers.

Great campground, had lots of Halloween Decorations and activities for the kids. Site was asphalt. Nice bath house and showers. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Love this KOA! We are staying here in our RV while my husband works in Louden and the staff are so nice! The rent is affordable, the laundry is WAY more affordable than anywhere else we've been, and everything is well maintained. Definitely recommend a visit! My in-laws stayed in one of their cabins and it was cute, well-made, cozy, and an enjoyable stay!

This is one of THE BEST KOA we have camped at! It was so clean and maintained, quiet, beautiful amenities, and located close to a lot of activities. All the staff were so helpful, friendly, and kind. We stayed at the premium camp site and it was perfect! Quiet with some privacy provided from the trees. (Just need your mosquito spray though). A storm rolled in the first night and they offered a sleep cabin for us to sleep in for the night for our safety. The laundry facilities were very affordable and the bathrooms and showers were very clean and outstanding with a rain shower head! The cabins all looked so cozy also. Enjoyed the beautiful pool as well. Lots of things for the kids. There's even a nice fishing pond. Please try them out and you won't regret it. Loved the town of Sweetwater also and the surrounding areas. Great food places, shops, and adventure places! Best ice cream we've ever had, Mexican food, and pizza too. Short drive to the beautiful Tsali Winery (excellent) and the Cherohala Scenic Skyway, and Eureka Bike Trail.

We enjoyed this KOA. The grounds were well maintained and the bathrooms were clean. The kids loved the playground. The balls by the basketball hoop and volleyball were flat; however, I’m sure they would have fixed them if we asked. Would absolutely stay again.

The staff here are incredible. Ask for anything and they will get you answers. Kim in the office is sweet, kind, and helpful. The amenities are great also. THE BATHROOMS are clean and up to date with beautiful tile. Definitely the best RV park around.

My brother and I enjoy this campground every time we met to camp. He’s living in Huntsville Alabama and I still live in our hometown 20 miles north of Knoxville Tn that we grew up in. So we met at Sweetwater KOA and camp a couple times a year. Great staff and owners
