It was a great experience, but I think at night there is something big n roaming around the campground at night. They heard the same wild noises at night lb🐾🐾 Me and my whole family of 5 (my fiance and me) don't know what it was and we had a huge 10 person tent🏕. in case if our friends 👥️who also traveled down with us 🧳⏰️🚗but in a separate vehicle wanted to stay in our tent. ⛺️ The hot water was amazing in the showers🛁🚿🩳👙!!! The bathrooms🧼🫧🧽 was very clean🥽✨️ and the area was beautiful, very upkept✨️. I also suggest anyone camping🏕 here you will love it. Just bring plenty of bug spray, and the best time to come is I. August!!! Also don't forget to try Hattie B's Chicken 😉 🍽🐔🍗

Participated in Tennessee State Park's first hike. It's an annual event on the 1st of the year. The rangers were excellent! The trails need some maintenance. The restroom and campground shower facilities were clean and in great condition.

My husband's family had our family reunion here and it was very nice. The clubhouse had restrooms, a place to set up food and plenty of tables and chairs. The outside was nicely kept. I had no idea about this area of the park and was pleasantly surprised. With over 200 people, it was just a little tight but still very enjoyable!

Good stuff- pretty good location for travelers - not too far off the highway. Good location if you are visiting the area for a day or two. Ranger is very close to campsites and makes the rounds often. Lots of trees and very little noise. Dump station has nice big pull through and well kept. Reasonable camp fees for a state park. Bad stuff- portable showers and portapotty. Bathhouse is closed and there are little trees growing from the gutters. Our water spigot handle was missing.... challenging to turn water on and off. Grass was high and lots of low tree limbs- hazard for tall RVs.

We camped for 4 days at Fuller in November in order to visit Memphis. The lovely little campground is great for that. Nicely forested, well maintained, regularly patrolled by park rangers, spacious lots, water and electricity at every site. Special mention of the renovated bathroom. Only drawback is the permanent rumble of freight trains, air planes and road traffic. But for that you are at 20 minutes from the center of Memphis. We walked the Discovery Trail to the Chucalissa Indian village and associated museum: delightful. The trail is a bit overgrown but still easy to spot and easy to walk.
