The stay at this Thousand Trails facility for us was an absolute Dumpster Fire! The place is great and the facilities were fine. It's the staff we encountered that ruined it for us. The propane filling times and policy on employees handling it needs to reviewed! We were lied to, dismissed, treated like we were imposing on them when questions were asked and just treated like we were bothering them. All and all for us it was horrible. This review is just an FYI. It might end up being a great place for you but there is the chance it will suck! so just be prepared. Cheers.

Has laundry room vending machine seasonal pool and hot tub and a sauna. Bathrooms are some of the cleanest I've ever seen and the showers here are literally amazing! Beautiful spot with mostly private spots to choose from. Rangers are super nice and super awesome.

The bathroom and shower were clean. The laundry was clean, but we didn't need to use it. When showering, the room tends to hold the steam, some people propped the main door open. Showers are two per men -woman. One curtain only and your clothes hung outside the curtain in the main bathroom. We showered early and had the room to ourselves. Sites are fine. We had 87. We had electricity and water. There is a dump station for everyone. It has a terrible odor. There is an alarm going off. I think the septic tanks need to be drained. The smell is really bad. Luckily we spent more time touring than in the campground. It is a nice campground other than the sewer smell, but it's also impersonal. You drive around to look for an open spot on your own. I prefer to pick my spot at booking or at least get directed to an available site. I'm not thrilled to drive a camper around to find something on my own. We just didn't have a welcoming feeling here. It's great for an overnight. I was ready to move on to the next campground. I just didn't have that "I don't want to leave feeling here". We toured what we came to see, ready to roll

Decent campground 45 min outside of Seattle. It’s a nice place if you want to explore the city and surrounding suburbs. The showers were mostly clean, the pool was nice and the staff was helpful. The place is massive and it looks like they used to have sewers but now only a dump station that creates a terrible odor at one section of the park and has the alarm going off on it 24/7. The mini golf is basically unusable bc it’s so overgrown and there isn’t anything else to do there-but it’s a safe place to keep your RV while you explore.

Turned our 6 month reservation away for not having an rvia cert. We have a clean and special built race car hauler/camper. Requirement on website and terms wasn't clear at the time the reservation was made. We have stayed here in the past without issue. Now forced to find an alternate the day of a large event in the area. Campground refuses to make any exceptions. We were told they went as far as to have a meeting about us last time we stayed and didn't bother to mention it to us. Thanks. *update* They've also called us two days in a row now, to ask why we haven't checked in. Work on your communication
