I really enjoyed my stay at tall pines. I love the river side campsites. Very nice store with all amenities that you need. They’ll deliver to your site. Bathrooms were clean… Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Great family campground with plenty of activities . This is a site I will re-visit.
The laundry room and bathroom was clean. Their work camper was friendly and helpful. The road to the campsite was not well maintained and had an unmarked speed bump. During business hours we had a question and the owner herself just answered through a ring doorbell. The trees need to be trimmed to allow RVs clearance and the turn around to leave the camp was to small for a class You also had to pay extra for WiFi.
My RV was broke down on exit ramp on Sunday afternoon. Was able to tie back axel up to tow to repair shop on Monday. Drove in explained situation and just needed electrical for 1 night. Would be gone at 7am. Place was 1/2 full. They charged me for a full hookup and $70. Electric was for class c so had to pull in truck first. I’m from Georgia and guess they thought they needed to take advantage of a tourist. Karma To follow up I have been traveling for 5 years and understand the price structure. You are not in NYC but the boonies of NY. I did ask for cheaper site but was told nothing was available. Clerk did not know system or offer to call. You were the only choice I had and did explain my situation. Just a NY attitude.
1st time here! Very nice surprise! We are traveling from FL to VT and have made several stops along the way... this is the only one I rated! Super quaint and relaxing! We rented spot 17 along the river. It was nice to hear the birds and the wind through the trees. I will recommend this place to everyone! Thanks for a peaceful night, Tall Pines, we will be back on our way back to FL! 😃
First time going very nice campground. A lot of activities for the kids to do. It was HALLOWEEN weekend so trick or treating they had was nice. Crafts for the kids and adults cost money but that was fine. The location was goos but not a lot of stores near by only dollar general and tractor supply but over all experience nice defently will be going back.
