It's beautiful and peaceful. We stayed once, last summer in one of the cabins, and came back this summer (3 times). We enjoyed it so much, we bought a bigger tent so that we could come back for labour day weekend (cabins were all booked). Can't wait to come back! The private beach and fishing is the best part! There are no washroom facilities available, but you can buy the supplies for fairly cheap, and it's actually kind of nice to have your own setup to not share with strangers, lol!

Beautiful campground with both 15 and 30 amp power. Our site backed on to the river. We'll definitely be back

It was truly remarkable how we stumbled upon an incredibly beautiful and exceptionally private river spot with less than 24 hours' notice for a Saturday in June. The camp host went above and beyond, providing us with friendly, attentive, and helpful service throughout our stay. The river itself was absolutely mesmerizing, and the soothing sound of its flowing waters had a hypnotic effect on us. We were captivated by its tranquil melody, which added to the overall ambiance of serenity. Considering the exceptional quality of the location and the peace of mind it offered, we couldn't help but feel that it was an excellent value. Having the opportunity to immerse ourselves in such natural beauty while enjoying privacy was truly priceless.

This place is a gem with stellar river view sites, wonderful nature and peaceful quiet all within 2 hours of Vancouver! Private sites and access to the river and Chilliwack Valley Hiking trails make this a preferred destination. Note that you need to have your own toilet facilities, so best suited for RVs. The host and staff are friendly and super responsive. Looking forward to our return visit!

This is a nice campground where we had a double site perfect for our two travel trailers (O2) It was very private with electric hookup. No water hookups on site. The campground’s river access is a lovely swimming hole and beach. No road noise. Beautiful horses wandering around the grounds. We liked many things about this campground including being able to find a spot mid-summer and lots of help on the phone with choosing a site. Newer cabins look cute and cozy. The only big drawback was the pretty constant sound of shooting from a shooting range across the river. It was loud and obnoxious and only stopped at night and after the website’s insistence that this campground is for quiet people and peacefulness, the shooting noise was a big disappointment and a key reason why we will probably not go back. Nothing that the owners can do about this, though, and many other positive aspects of this campground might outweigh that for others. I also bet that it will be much quieter during the week as we were there on a busy summer weekend. Overall a good experience and far superior to many of the area campgrounds that are just big parking spaces crammed with RVs because there are lots of woods here and most of the sites have good space between them for privacy.
