Our family stayed here for about 6 months and I couldn't have asked for a better place to be! We wouldn't have left but our 2 mo old passed away and it was very painful for my husband to be there. The people that live there are great and the people in the office go above and beyond to help. If I could I would come back in a heartbeat. It's a great place to be! EDIT: and that very kind response to my review shows you what amazing people own and run this campground. Dean, his wife (I'm so sorry I can't recall your name right now) and Melissa. Even the gentleman that does maintenance and his family. They are all wonderful people and I can't thank them enough. Dean even graciously allowed us to park our truck there short term while we get ourselves together.

I strongly advise against recommending this campground. The camping spots are densely packed, and the proximity to a truck shop across the street results in constant truck traffic noise throughout the night. Initially, I had planned to stay here for over six months for work purposes, but after the first two weeks, the rent was increased from $550 to 650 to $750, and then again two weeks later to $850. Furthermore, the management attempted to unjustly withhold my deposit and added arbitrary miscellaneous fees to my bill. After only six weeks, I decided to leave. If you do choose to stay here, I recommend closely monitoring your bank account to prevent unauthorized charges. I had to clarify to the front desk staff that their actions were unlawful, and I would pursue legal action if I did not receive a full refund for my deposit and the additional charges. The staff member eventually agreed after my explanation.

If ya'll want fancy don't come here!! The bathrooms need a remodel!! The campground needs a clean up!! There's tiny houses and old camper trailers permanently parked!! Where some of the permanent campers are, the residents need to clean their spot!! The garage area needs to be cleaned!! Other then that the park is clean!! I like the fact that there's tiny houses and older campers in the park cause NOT everyone can afford newer campers!! Couldn't see the creek cause of the over grown weeds!! There's a pool, miniature golf, and a fishing tank!! Most of all there's peace and quiet!! There's a major highway by the campgrounds but ya'll can't hear the noise!! The people are friendly and helpful!! GREAT PLACE TO CAMP!!

We're 60' overall with our car trailer attached and their pull throughs are 65' so we didn't have to unhook, which is perfect for a one night stay. Easy in and out just off I40, but we didn't notice road noise. Hook-ups were all good. Office staff was very friendly and helpful. Didn't use any facilities. Saw people in the pool and it looked clean. Dog park was a disappointment, small run down square of dirt near the dumpsters that smelled from people leaving dog poo on the ground around the outside area of the park. Didn't find the dog wash station listed online and it wasn't shown on the park map. We would stay again.
