Tappan Lakeside Resort | Waterfront Cabin Rentals on Tappan Lake, OH

My husband & I had an opportunity to stay at Tappan Lakeside Resort. We stayed in the Sequoia Cabin. It was perfect for us!!! There is an activity center that had an air hockey table, arcade games, pinball & a pool table. There is a refrigerator, washer & dryer (coin operated). There is also seating for approximately 24 guests. Attached to the Activity Center are restrooms with showers. They were very nice!! A playground is available for kids, a basketball hoop, a communional fire pit and a giant wooden swing. Beyond the activity center was the General Store. I was impressed by the variety of food, snacks, drinks, items needed for fishing & even ice cream!! The resort was only 1.5 hours away from Cleveland & fairly easily to locate. The view of the lake was beautiful! We will definitely be back again!

I can't really rate this place as I haven't stayed here. I drove past this location for 5 years in 2010s. Seeing what they did with the spot and it's location...wow. they look amazing and it's a beautiful spot in the middle of nowhere in Ohio.

This is the perfect getaway! Everything was super clean! It was nice to have kitchen tools, utensils, paper towels, etc. We stayed in Joshua Tree which was equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. The only suggestion I would have is a better assortment of pillows, if you are a pillow snob like me, all of the pillows are rock hard, super uncomfortable and we actually went and bought our own at Walmart so we could sleep more comfortable the 2nd night. Everything else gets an A++!! Very relaxing and beautiful!

The cabin was so cozy! Absolutely perfect! We just loved waking up in the morning and having our coffee out on the porch! ☕ 🌞 So relaxing 😌 Nobody bothered us which was awesome! Thank you for an awesome vacation!

My family and I had a blast on our 4 night trip. We all stayed in the Grand Teton cabin and it was the perfect size for us and our three toddlers. They all slept comfortably in the cozy little loft. They loved playing on the playground and games in the rec room. The entire property is so beautiful and has a lot to offer families. The Lakeside store has quick ready made food, snacks, and beverages we needed on our stay as well as ice cream for a treat! Close by there are family friendly activities such as the Tappan Lake Beach, Toscora Park (with mini carnival rides), and a water park in Uhrichsville. The Dockside Restaurant located just minutes away has a beautiful view and great food for any meal. We will definitely be returning in the future! I appreciate all the detail that went into building this wonderful resort! Such a gem!
