Man, I love it here! I hadn’t gone since 2020 right before the fire burned it down, but it’s doing much better now. The river is beautiful and warm, but very slippery on the rocks because of the algae. I like the environment with all the people, and it’s just generally a happy place to be.
We love Taylor Park! We are rebuilding since the Beechie Creek fire 🔥. The fire devastated the land, but we have amazing people who have worked very hard to bring it back. We see the green coming back. I love it when I see new plants growing back.
What a magical and happy place my childhood wouldn't have been the same without coming to camp here with my family and friends (Thomas and Jan Chapman and the Harris Family). The entire summer fun revolved around coming here and anyone who knows the place knows there is something otherworldly and spiritual about it. So devastated to hear about the fires. Much love to Randall and his family for keeping it alive and carrying on!
Very rare find, found on a hike at taylor park. Ive been coming here with my family since i was 12. Im now 43 and love it here more than ever. Thank you Mother Earth, Randell and staff for providing a small slice of heaven in a time of such worry, stress, anxiety and depression. God bless you all. Namaste
