The 75 degree weather was a nice break from June’s 100s. The camp ground and surrounding areas were beautiful. They had lots of extra wood that you could use. There were also lots of shorter hikes that were great to take kids on. However, the bathrooms kept breaking because the water kept turning off. Still very worth it and we will return.
It was perfect experience to be there. The ranger, or t he camp host was great. The campground has a big bathrooms, also sinks located all over the camp ground. It gets super cold in the night so make sure to pack extra layers. Its close to many attractions, but the camp ground doesn't have a network, you have to drive 10 min to visitor center to access internet. Overall great experience and amazing sky in the night...
Very nice campground. It is great for family camping.
