Get out with the little ones and go camping! Campsite has a “river” that flows close to many tent site locations, and the sound of flowing water just lulls me to sleep. The kids LOVE the zip line. Was rather neat to talk about the science of heat transference to my eight year old when we woke in morning to see the black padding on the post of the zip line “smoking”. There is a well blazed hiking trail for the great morning hike. The area is beautiful.
So peaceful by the water. Full of the Spirit! We had a very successful amazing Youth Conference 2022. Let's Go!
This place is off the beaten path but in a beautiful part of the state I have not seen before. It is developing into a nice campground but still has more work to do. I would be interested in exploring more of the area if I eve return.
This is a private group camp operated by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It covers several acres in a lovely setting along the Touche River. Groups or families can reserve campsites online. There is a lodge with kitchen.
BEAUTIFUL campgrounds. Very well kept. Very pleasant place to stay. Affordable. And plenty of opportunities for fun things to do too.
