My family has been here twice and both times we have truly enjoyed our stay! The site spaces are amazing and spacious. All staff members at the front were friendly and helpful! The campground itself is clean and well maintained. We also brought our 2 dogs and they had a great time! The only suggestion we have is better maintenance in the bathrooms. My husband used to showers a few times and both times the drain was clogged. Otherwise, the bathrooms were clean and usable! We had a great experience and love how many activities there are to do on site!

We always book in Chardonnay camp area. We camp in our RV so this review would apply to those of you with RVs/trailers/tents. The spaces are large and comfortable. The check in process is easy. Lots of shade and great amenities. We went after Halloween, which I will never do again due to the big loud groups of people who party until 1-2am. I've been at other times, and it's great. Very kid and dog friendly. I recommend their Bloody Marys. Two thumbs up on those for my husband and me. Their spicy mango margaritas are also great and so is the food.

First time staying here. The booking process was easy and we were really excited to stay in a deluxe cabin. The amenities were nice and I think it would have been a very enjoyable experience. We were very pleased with the nice new cabins which had beautiful upgrades. Unfortunately all the mice running around inside of ours ruined it. No one in my family could sleep with mice scratching around on the floors and in the walls. There were mouse droppings everywhere. We even had one crawl on my husband and toddlers face while trying to sleep. Totally disgusting!! The staff didn’t do anything to help that night and the next morning during checkout they were unapologetic and defensive. We checked out with this older woman who didn’t want to deal with us and sent us over to this young girl who gave us a 10% discount. The girl couldn’t even be bothered to make eye contact. 10%! That’s it’s for a horrible night of not sleeping and having mice crawl on us! We would have been better off sleeping outside on the ground, we would not have encountered so many mice! It’s too bad, we really hoped to be back but not after that. Totally unacceptable. Also quiet hours were not honored. There were parties and loud music until 1am. Between the rodents in our beds and the noise outside, there was no way to relax and sleep.

Always have a great time at this KOA. Really disappointed that they don't allow electric bikes anymore. I understand on the trials but just going to the pool or mini golf it was nice to be able to buzz over there. I have an e-bike that has pedals and it just has a hard time going up hills. Which was the whole point of bringing the Talaria. But teenagers ripping through the hills and driving dangerously around the camp sites really ruined it for adults who just want to cruise slow and putt around.
