Terre Haute Campground

We stayed the weekend and celebrated my daughters birthday here. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and well managed and the kids had a great time. The jumping pad, train rides and donkeys were our favorite parts, but the whole weekend was great. Thanks to the exceptional staff for such a fun weekend

Great overnight for us. Right of highway. Friendly and helpful staff, clean restrooms. Lots to do for kids! Loved the donkeys and goats! We stayed overnight in a pull through spot in a fifth wheel and we did not disconnect.

At first I thought Terre Haute Camp grounds were thoughtful & nice people. Then after i started having a problem with their circuit breaker on the plug in post tripping all the time, they didnt try to get me another spot or take responsibility for it doing damage to my RV. It had tripped in the middle of the night several times. I had told 2 employees in the office that this was happening. They did not offer me another spot. My water hose had froze due to this happening and i had to carry water to my camper from the laundry room. When i had to take my RV into Midwest RV for the repairs, they confirmed my RV was not causing the circuit breaker to trip. I had gone back to the RV park to shower & stay the night in my truck & was refused to do so unless i rented a cabin wich also did not have water or a flushable toilet. Their maintanence man argued with me about all this. Then when i started leaving the 3 of them in the office started laughing at me loudly and very rudely. They refused me to take a shower even after they were allowing other campers to come their from another park to come & shower daily. I being 72 years of age and alone felt as if i was discriminated against & abused.

Very clean and well maintained campground. Gravel sites were very level. Shower facility was clean. Lots of things for kids to do. Only stayed 1 night but highly recommend!

We were passing through the area and just decided the kids had enough traveling for the day and decided to stay here. Absolutely beautiful place and was amazing for the kids. The park was very well laid out, the sites were incredibly easy to get in and out of even with our 63' RV/tow vehicle. The pool was amazing, the amount of stuff for the kids to do was amazing. From pedal go karts, to donkeys and playground, it was fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again. The park was right off the interstate, but did not hear road noise at all. They offer free wifi which the kids LOVED because they would watch TV. Fantastic place to stay.
