Best little RV park between Oklahoma City & Amarillo We neglected to put the word “Territory” Route 66 RV Park in our GPS but a quick call to Danny got us back on track and we were soon greeted by Danny himself who got us tucked into a nice little spot. The park is super clean, the sites are spacious, and pride of ownership apparent. Bath and laundry are secure 24/7 and well maintained. The owner, Danny, is there in the morning and evening to check RV,s in and out, and available by phone at other times. We were there for 3 nights and felt absolutely safe and well cared for. But, that is not what makes this place unique. The lights come on in the evening, You stroll through the park after dinner, you feel the ambiance, the usual fellow travelers swapping stories over a glass of wine and Danny is an easy listen to, when you ask about his old Ford trucks. BUT, even that is not the best part. The best part, is, these people treat you like family. On our day of departure, we ventured outside and on the hood of our car was a picnic basket full of fun, useful, and interesting things made by Carol, Dannys wife. Now, I can’t promise you’ll get a basket, but I can promise you will never meet nicer people. Thanks Danny & Carol for making our stay so special.
An absolutely exceptional place! The services are top-notch, with excellent showers, great lighting, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. They deserve more than 5 stars, but unfortunately, I can only give five. Highly recommended! Even though we only stayed for one night, we will definitely be back.
We pulled in late after calling the owner, he was so pleasant, drove over and registered us. We moved from our assigned spot to a darker one, and again he was so accomodating. Level spot and feels safe and good, esp. for a late night arrival.
Such a little gem! Customer service has not died people. He was so welcoming and ever so helpful! They have nice showers and awesome working washers and dryers. I'm new to driving a 36foot winnabego and it was cake pulling in! If I ever come this way I'll be sure to stop by! I almost didn't want to leave a comment because I'm afraid I won't ever be able to get a spot again. Lol
Beautiful rv park, very well taken care of. The owners are really nice and always take care of their tenants. They stayed late for my husband and I when we first came in and are always very helpful and kind.
