One star is to good for this place trash container that's huge as tall as a a house never dumped in 5 years or so port o potties never ever cleaned by a company feces all over the place literally dried up on toilet. It use to be they provided a 250 gallon water container you can go get water from but 15 days prior to me moving no water was filled into that container. Your on your own to get it and if you have no car oh well. I told Gino and nothing was done. Gino property owner left us there like animals even though we paid rent. Electricity was cut off to entire compound and is still off two weeks later. There's a burnt out RV on property 6 months already. Thieves by the plenty so watch your stuff. There a Texas river ranch to that is nicely infested with rats at main cabin I cleaned it once I know. Provide yourself with your own dishes. There is power at river ranch run on extention cords from unit to unit a fire hazard at that. You have been warned don't believe me go see for your self Environmental Protection Agency and OSHA need to get to put Texas Music Ranch and see what damage the UN dumped $750 trash dumpster has done to environment and port o potties as well.

No utilities (water, full hookups, etc.) This property is on my permanent itinerary for a quick stop to replenish supplies, take a driving break, dump and fill (at other local establishments-very reasonable), and catch up with the camphosts who will come running if they hear the word barbecue. Bring your own water. Pack in/pack out. Leave it better than you found it, no trace. Best for off grid, self-contained rvs and vans. Car dwellers who know what they're doing will find it acceptable as well. There's a local dump station to empty black water. Drinking water can be purchased locally, and there are free resources locally for cleaning water as well. I would not recommend drinking the local water. This location has ample 5g cell signal, is close to attractions, easy to pull in and pull out, even for large vehicles. Instacart and doordash are available in the area and operate seamlessly for those of us who don't have the energy/ time to visit the stores. Amazing vision and history can be tangibly felt here. While we were there we cleaned and tidied our site, sanitized the Porta potty that we used, cleaned the firepit and lit a fresh fire with offerings, and filled up the empty spaces of our rig with garbage we picked up around our site as far as we could see. This is the travelers way. That's what decent humans do. The current condition of the property and recent poor reviews are a direct result of humans not being good humans. This, and their other property, are run single handedly by ONE person. Considering the workload on that one person's hands, in addition to spiritual and family obligations, it's amazing that it's in existence. If you come here as a traveler and are accepted by the land as a guest, you're obligated to care for the land. When something comes into your awareness that needs cared for, do what you can to assist. That's your job as a human-to care for Mother Earth. This land loves music-all kinds-all instruments, so bring out your instruments during your stay. Sit on the ground and allow that music to flow and bring healing. Drums especially seem to resonate well with her. When I arrived here, I needed a safe place to rest after traveling for months and was met with open arms. I stayed at this property briefly during my time in the area, and I wish i had more time and resources to spend with the land. We had to move on in our journey but left with hugs and loving vibes from staff and the property owner. I have much compassion for the load that is in their hands. The camp hosts are amazing and super helpful. However, they are inundated with people who have ill intentions, and as a result, they're overwhelmed. Yes, the property needs some TLC. Do what you can to care for the land, which has gone through some turmoil and needs healing as well. Bring your unconditional love and healing energy, and leave it in peace and loving kindness when your journey draws you forward. As a certified holistic health practitioner and attuned shamanic healer, I frequently send healing and wholeness to this land and the people who are entrusted with its care. My brother, Gino, is kind, compassionate, generous, forgiving, and loving. I'm truly thankful for his strength and intuition, which I draw upon frequently. Thank you again for allowing us the opportunity to visit with you and for providing a place to stop and catch our breath while we prepared for the next part of our journey, equally life changing and fulfilling. May spirit continue blessing your path, and may everything you need be provided before you need it.
