This is a nice small park. You can rent some of the shacks for over night camping. There is a bbq area with 2 stainless steel bbqs. There are 2 horseshoe courts and a large grass area for kids to play in. Finally there is a large fire pit area that can be turned on and off.
It's so much fun to practice Tenkara casting at the casting pond in RMV!
Nice area, but every time we come it’s full of trash and always dirty. It’s a pity people don’t clean after themselves
It's very nice but I believe that is only for resident's due to a key being required to enter. Lots of grass to run around in, they also have a fantastic food prep area, 2 huge BBQs and benches and table's to have a sit down supper. Additionally they have a nice gas fire pit and nice Adirondack chairs to kick back in around the fire pit. You also may make reservations for one of the camping spots and they will bring down a nice canvas tent cover and put it up for you. The camping areas have concrete floors, electricity for say, bringing a movie and your laptop. I recommend cots or thick camping mat's for the floor. Overall we had a fun evening barbecuing playing grass games and s'mores.
Residents can rent "tents" for overnight camping, but you'll need your own cots etc. There's a beautiful grassy area and a very large fire pit. There are picnic tables and a meal prep area. There's also free WiFi. The restroom is clean, but there are no showers. Glamping indeed.
