We booked this online. Although we didn’t see anyone, the confirmation allowed us to find our site. The hook ups didn’t look very good, but functioned and the water was good. We did not feel the place was at all a good value. Most of the outdoor furniture, structures and landscaping we saw was in bad shape and the (long term) travel trailer next to us was absolutely filthy. For $80 total to camp, we felt it should be better.
Quiet (except for hwy noise), clean (at least in January mid week during quartzite event. Check the electricity before unhooking as our first spot had a dead plug. Good overnight. Not my favorite in the area.
Big park right by the Colorado River, boat launch, nice size spaces. Park has been here a while and much more night time noise then I would have expected, but all in all OK place to stay.
The park's best feature is the EXIT sign. It's well marked, so as soon as you pull in......I strongly urge you to use it. Place is an overpriced dump!
Cold water only showers, electric heat hand dryer not working, tiles missing in shower, what a most miserable experience, never again!
