My family and I had memorable camping experience over New Year’s Eve at Dam Park. We camped in Tents and enjoyed wonderful scenery, fishing, grilling, and sand volleyball. They have all the amenities you want and need. Staff member Neveah was a wonderful host and helped make our experience enjoyable. I highly recommend camping here and/or coming to hang out during the day. We can’t wait to come back to make more memories!

This park is awesome!!! I definitely think they are on to something!!! At some it will definitely be somewhere that won’t always have availability once they get more established! Super awesome outdoor area! Definitely the place to go especially if you have kids or teens!! Very quiet& tucked away. We enjoyed TONS of deer just walking outside our camper!! -the only thing I think that could be tended to more is the showers, I know it’s not a super busy place yet BUT a clean shower is priceless!!! Other than that I can not wait to see the finished product and we WILL BE BACK!!!

What a hidden gem in New Braunfels! We tent camped for New Year’s Eve with our family. It felt like we were in the middle of nowhere. We had two total sites and enjoyed every minute of our visit. We fished in the pond, played sand volleyball on the lit court. We will definitely be back. You do have to take a bit of a hike to the bathrooms but definitely not a deal breaker.

THIS PLACE IS SO NICE! We have stayed in many RV parks over several years. This place is really clean, friendly staff, and very spacious sites with plenty of play room. I will 100% stay here again when we pass through south Texas.

Very nice newer park (I believe the lady at check-in said May 2024), level sites, open spaces. My only reason for giving it a four rating is the sewer hookups are near the front of the sites. You would have to connect at least two 10' sewer hoses together to connect to our wet bay and would take another 10' hose to connect to our rear black tank. (We have two black tanks, one for the rear bathroom and one for our mid bathroom) When we arrived we just connected water and electric, then when we were ready to leave we pulled our Motorhome forward and was able to connect a single 10' hose to the sewer connection and dumped both black tanks and the grey tank with no problem. Just a few miles from downtown San Antonio. We did the River Walk and ate at Bubba Gump's. Only about four miles from New Braunfels so about anything you want/need is close. We camped at The Dam Park in a Motorhome.
