Pros: Close to town, little creek running through, nice clubhouse for the kids with washers and dryers and lots of trees. Friendly staff. Cons: NO BATHHOUSE. It is stated in the check-in email, but we stayed Fri-Mon, so I wish that was clear on the website before I booked. Overpriced for amenities. There are mostly permanent residents who are in and out. So in many places it looks cluttered and dumpy. They were maintaining the creek and repairing the bridge, great, but skidders started EARLY. The noise factor between that and road construction was HIGH. Not a peaceful getaway. Bears. Sure, they are fun to see, and said to be "friendly," (until they're not?) Not a fun experience to go to the portapotty in the middle of the night and face one. No coffee cups for the coffee station for 3 days. I didn't take many photos apart from this one - "kitten meets goats." The owners should allow the goats to eat all the weeds!

The price was right, and i feel they are trying to work on the place but there is still alot lacking. There is no water or sewer connections at the RV sites, and the showers are "under Construction". I didn't see any construction per se so i can't attest to that. I'd say it's fine for a night but much more than that might be a stretch. In addition, my wife is athletically challengend and she fell of her bike on a small make shift bridge they have set up over a little creek that runs through the property. She fell over the railing and onto a lowered embankment. If she would have fell another foot over to the right she could have been seriously injured. The legal and medical costs for that would me wouldn't be good for us or the RV park! I have to say it's not a bad space they just need to put in some TLC. Oh lastly the Rover registration system is convenient but there is no one running this place. I have yet to see an employee come around, and they have a nice lounge but they have no on site management.

Over priced electric tent sites that are packed tightly together. ($50) No rv dumb station or actual water station. Good location next to creek. (when it’s flowing) One restroom in office and a couple portalets. Lots of wildlife for how busy this place is, which was pretty cool. Saw a young bear, raccoons, owl, and trout during our one night stay.
