Great little place to stay. Karyn was and is amazing. I was located to Philipsburg for Wildland Fire Camp Assistance October With Nomadic Land Camps Co. 2024. Great space for sleeping and relaxing when needed. I used the pay as you go showers and laundry for the first couple weeks, driving back and forth from the fire camp to Philipsburg. Grateful for Karyn and her assistance through this time.

Stayed here with a friend in early October. Room was clean and well-kept, the price was very reasonable, and the owner was friendly. A great place to stay when visiting Philipsburg!

What a great place to stay. We were very pleased with our room and furnished kitchen,with microwave,toaster oven as well as a range top. Coffee maker,dishes and blender, small fridge. The bathroom was much larger than I expected. Shower no tub but perfect for us. It's clean and comfy and quiet. The manager was very nice as well. The office is quaint and decorated with all sorts of things from the past. My only regret is that tomorrow is my birthday and after going to the Sapphire Mine I would love to stay another night. However,it's already booked up. I highly recommend staying in this little gem .

Stayed at the RV park. Great little spot. Close to town and Karyn was very accessible and accommodating!

Stayed 2 night in August and was very pleased at how clean the room was!!! Also the room was updated with new windows and nice furniture and very secure. The owner and staff was very nice and accommodating. The only reason for 4 stars was the bed is only a full size, very hard for 2 people to sleep comfortably when there’s no room to roll over. I think there would be room for a queen bed with only a little rearranging of the room.
