The Lodge at Sweetwater Studios

Words can't begin to describe how beautiful and peaceful my Sweetwater Glamping experience was. I stayed in the Sunrise Deluxe Island Tent during my surprise birthday trip December 20-22, 2024. Airon and her family were the most welcoming bunch and took care of my every need! Seriously they have thought of everything from a coffee station to spa inspired robes that didn't swallow me hole...if you know you know! I had such an amazing time that I booked another stay less than 2 weeks later for my sister's birthday December 31, 2024-January 2, 2025. I look forward to returning as soon as possible!

I took my husband glamping for his birthday. We had an amazing time! So much fun feeding the ducks and fish. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was nice when we needed it. Air on was a great hostess.

This stay was exactly what we were looking for. We were able to unplug and unwind for the weekend. We will be returning ASAP. The pool area was one of our favorite parts about our stay. The lakeside cottage was beautiful, we loved the location. The cottage was clean and kept up with. Our hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We were close enough to neighboring towns to go grab anything we may need (Hattiesburg was about 20 minutes) yet still get that nature and secluded feeling. Can't wait for our next visit.

OMG, where to start.. Sweetwater Lodge was an amazing find. It was a perfect getaway for me and my wife. My wife loves camping, I'm not too keen on sleeping in a tent, on the ground with bugs, hot dogs on sticks... So I found out about glamping, and was it amazing. Huge tent on the lake, California king bed with luxury linens, air conditioning, coffee pot, porch overlooking the lake with huge catfish. Gas grill for cooking. Restroom with shower outside was amazing. They have a beautiful area with swimming pool, hot tub and sauna that we used both days. Evening catfish feedings. The hospitality was amazing, while having all the privacy we could want. The 27 acre property was just beautiful, all away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We recommend Sweetwater Lodge to anyone who loves camping, glamping, peace and solitude. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Wow! This place is gorgeous and so relaxing. There are benches and chairs around the property, fire pits and places to just sit back and take in the view. The greenhouse that has the pool, sauna and hot tub is so magical- you want to stay in there all day. Highly recommend.
