Great campground!! Staff is awesome and very customer service oriented. Always available and very helpful. Facilities are clean, very well maintained. Grounds are kept clean and neat. Highly recommend this campground. We have been here during the summer months into early October for 3 years and will be returning in 2025.
The staff was fantastic and very easy to work with. The campgrounds are modern with many amenities (power, water, Wi-Fi). The ponds looked in great shape. (Too cold to go swimming!) Looking forward to coming back next season.
Had an awesome time for me and my daughters first camping trip! The staff was amazing and super helpful, we stayed 5 days and went swimming, fishing, watched meteor showers and a bunch of other games and activities. We stayed at a tent site which was perfect for us. It had power, water and even wifi which was awesome, especially with an 8 year old girl. Also one of the owners helped me out a ton with my car battery dieing 3 separate times and kept checking on us throughout the week! Huge thanks to everyone at the quarry! We will definitely be back.
This could be a nice campground if they had true full hook ups. We called while on the road, asked for 50 amp full hook up and was told they had a site. After we checked in they told us only open grey water, no sewer. It gets even better, when I went to connect to the grey only sewer you had to have a special adapter to connect a garden hose. We didn't have one. We weren't told about that either. Very deceiving.
Minimalistic rv and travel trailer camping. More tent sites than you normally see at a campground since they all seem to be pushing towards full hook ups for giant rv's. No pool but they have a wonderful swimming pond and beach. They even have a separate pond for fishing and human powered boating. Absolutely gorgeous scenery for hiking or biking with a solid amount of trails too! The grounds are kept impeccably clean thanks to superb maintenance and support staff that all seem to truly love what they do. With a very welcoming and community vibe coming from staff and other campers, it really feels like this campground is trying to bring back the way camping should be!
