I believe a lot of the
Great location but not at all worth the price. The hot tub was closed “for the season” (winter?? Ya know, the season when you want to sit in a hot tub?). There was no shampoo. The shower soap pump bottles were attached to the wall with adhesive tape and fell off not once but twice after we asked the hotel staff to fix it. It made such a loud noise and scared us half to death, we’re lucky it didn’t land on our feet while one of us was in the shower. The cleaning staff took our dirty towels but didn’t replace them, and even when we called the front desk for more, they still didn’t bring us any. The towels themselves were not soft at all. The rug in our room was curled up at the corner and kept tripping us over and over. Ultimately we decided to leave Springdale a day early because this hotel was so disappointing.
Really enjoyed our stay here - best part is the location. Only 1 mile out of the national park; there’s a bike rental place next door to the hotel, and during the season, there’s a free shuttle service that takes you straight into the park. Views are nice, though not as great as those shown on the website. Being in town, there are plenty of stores/galleries and restaurants all within walking distance. We found the bed to be comfortable and the room to be very clean. Check-in was a breeze and housekeeping staff were attentive. We chose to forgo the breakfast so I can’t comment on the quality. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.
Phenomenal stay for us. Not only was the location perfect (only a few miles from Zion’s entrance), the grounds were beautiful, had a nice restaurant and bar on site as well. Our room had an amazing view of the mountains and when I went to open our door in the early morning to sit on a bench and enjoy my coffee a deer was walking by. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Typically I hate hotel beds and pillows are even worse, but we all slept great. The shower head in our room made for a great shower. Even my teenager made a comment. I can’t comment on the pool as we didn’t use it, but it looked very nice. The Marriot App made everything so seamless checking in and out. Lastly I wanted to say the man that checked us in was so great. He was friendly, talkative and so welcoming. I’d definitely stay again and take advantage of the shuttle into Zion to explore.
We loved our stay at The Red Cliffs Lodge in Zion. We didn't hear our neighbors even once, the views are stunning whether you're in the front or the back, and we loved it all. One of the highlights was eating in the Scout restaurant and our server, forgive me for forgetting his name, but remembering he is from Jamaica, was OUTSTANDING. He served us for both dinner and breakfast and was very helpful and kind. We drank a lot of water and not once did we have to ask for a refill, he was always ready. THANK YOU FOR AN EXCELLENT STAY.
